  • Trained a new team of five Mac Genius from the ground up to reverse an overwhelming amount of backlogged repairs and customer support issues.
  • Managed multiple customer requests simultaneously while quickly and accurately diagnosing problems, ordering parts, and repairing Apple hardware and software.
  • Lead instructional classes for customers in both the area’s of Mac OS X, and Adobe creative software.
  • Upgraded the store’s computers including POS, back-of-house, servers and networking infrastructure with the latest software and hardware configurations dictated by Apple.
